Assistant Facilities Project Manager

Job Summary
This Assistant Facilities Project Manager will be responsible to:

• Assist with assigned projects by participating as needed in all phases of the project including but not limited to: planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, bidding, construction furnishings and relocation requirements of new construction site
• Prepare correspondences, contracts and other written vehicles as requested.
• File and maintain all project documentation including but not limited to correspondence, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, punch list as it relates to architectural, construction, furniture, furnishings, signage and landscaping.
• Contribute to the effective operations of the project. Assist with scheduling, setting up appointments, data requests and other follow ups with contractor or vendors.
• Compile budget spreadsheets and variance reports for Director, Senior Project Managers and Vice President.

To qualify, you must have:

• An Associate’s degree with prior work experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations vary.
• Experience in Microsoft Project, Procore, Microsoft Office, or AutoCAD is a plus. Can also educate on all as well.
• This position is a hybrid position and requires you to live in MA, RI, NH or ME. This requires 2-3 days in house at one of our suburban locations.
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
