ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING, ADMISSIONS, Sloan School of Management, to be responsible for developing recruiting strategies and implementing initiatives to attract qualified applicants to Sloan’s portfolio of programs (the full-time, two-year MBA; Sloan Fellows MBA; Master of Business Analytics; and Master of Finance). Will also help develop conversion strategies to support enrollment in each of these programs; act as a liaison to student groups, alumni, and other Sloan departments who support recruiting initiatives; and be an active member of the admissions committee and participate in the selection process.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least one year of admissions experience; strong project management skills including the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, motivate project teams, and manage budgets; ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects from various partners simultaneously; excellent oral and written presentation skills and ability to communicate across internal and external audiences; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment in a flat organization and equally well as an initiator, facilitator, and implementer. Seek someone who is able to adapt to change, supports continuous improvement, demonstrates initiative and seeks out ways to perform duties with greater efficiency and accuracy, and cultivates an environment so that others also want to emulate this approach. PREFERRED: master’s degree; knowledge of MIT and Sloan; and exposure to Slate, Smartsheet, and/or Zoom. Job #23064-6
