Location:San Diego but the job is remote

Length:6 months which can be extended

• Just spoke with this manager at Client
• Maybe some light Ariba configuration
• This manager is looking for someone similar but it is working with their suppliers.They have never used Ariba.So working with Suppliers to help them get set up and use Ariba
• So I am not allowed to use h-1b. (Something with Security ) I can do C2C but must be US or GC

They have been implementing Ariba for their Source to Pay

The supply management group are the end users of ariba and fieldglass. They create orders or POs for the company, creat contracts with suppliers, and source for different work or material / award different suppliers directly in Ariba.

Source-to-pay (S2P) - the process of ordering goods or services through to payment of the goods or services.

Ariba - the tool created by SAP for managing source-to-pay processes from ordering to receiving, source to contract, supplier management, and buying and invoicing

This is a new tool and they have started to do training but people are having issues

They need a Ariba Support Analyst to help the end users / business with Ariba

The Ariba Analyst is responsible for providing end user support to the business for the Ariba SLP, Contracting & Sourcing Modules

Lead department training program for all Buyers, Managers, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Analyst and Support staff for vendor management topics

Qualifications

•Demonstrated experience in a similar support role

•Working knowledge of the Ariba Source to Contract software package

•Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely

•Ability to effectively engage with all levels of a global organization

•Business focused individual with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills

•Self-starter, able to work comfortably without set processes
