As a leader in our field, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Salesforce or Power BI to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling the organization to enhance its sales processes, improve customer relationships, and achieve greater overall success.

Summary:

As a Data Analyst specializing in Salesforce or Power BI Dashboards, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and insightful dashboards that support various sales, marketing, and operation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver high-quality visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to understand and utilize the dashboards effectively. Offer assistance in interpreting data, building ad-hoc reports, and answering data-related inquiries.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to understand data requirements, data structures, and business processes. Engage in cross-functional discussions to determine the most effective ways to utilize data for decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Extract, transform, and clean data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can drive business improvement.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from different systems into Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate representation of information across all dashboards.
• Data Governance: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Power BI Dashboard Creation: Utilize Power BI to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards that consolidate data from multiple sources. These dashboards will provide comprehensive business intelligence, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Salesforce Dashboard Development: Collaborate with Operation teams to understand their reporting needs and design, build, and maintain dashboards using Salesforce. These dashboards should offer real-time insights into sales performance, customer behavior, lead conversion, pipeline health, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Dashboard Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance and usability of existing dashboards. Identify areas of improvement and work on enhancing the user experience, dashboard performance, and data visualization techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports. (Salesforce is nice to have)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, data querying, and data manipulation.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
