Workforce Strategy is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) function that fuels excellence and continuous improvement for all of Workday. TA Workforce Strategy is a new team created to deliver value to TA by providing hiring insight to achieve our hiring plans, make strategic investments and develop and enable measurement of key metrics & process. About the Role

Workday is seeking an individual to compile monthly and ad-hoc reports. We are seeking a workmate who is passionate about data. We’re looking for an organized, detail oriented, and self-starter who is skilled at pulling data from various sources, performing moderate data transformations/adjustments, and synthesizing that information into a simplified view that can be consumed by stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Running multiple manual monthly reports (pulling from multiple data sources, synthesizing, & formatting to prepare for distribution to stakeholders)
• Preparing monthly KPI performance reports within google slides that will be shared with an executive audience.
• Reconciling & validating data from multiple sources

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience running manual reports that require pulling data from multiple data sources, applying data transformations, validating for accuracy, and formatting into an easily consumable view.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google sheets, docs, and slides and Microsoft office

Other Qualifications

• Experience working with TA data and workforce data are a plus
• Ability to work independently, with general direction and mentorship
• An extraordinary communicator with ability to cultivate positive relationships
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve operational issues including addressing questions
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, attention-to-detail, and analytical skills. Ability to determine undocumented solutions and workarounds for issues to help unblock customers.
• SQL skill is a plus
• Ability to triage multiple high severity cases and provide resolutions to cases outside of the primary product specialization area.
• A self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously to find workarounds and solutions, but knows when to ask for help when blocked
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to communicate with users at all levels and varying technical ability.
• Proactive and personable
• Comfortable working with software where there may be some ambiguity in determining solutions and next steps.
