Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/year

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ongoing growth and success. Objectives

• Assume the role of a thought leader for technical business processes, crafting prototypes for systems that boost efficiency and productivity across various levels
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance throughout every stage of systems development
• Create and execute meticulous project plans, ensuring transparent communication at all organizational levels
• Foster cross-business unit awareness of requirements and identify areas for improvement by analyzing real-time data
• Formulate and define user requirements for systems in production, optimizing usability

Responsibilities

• Provide occasional desktop and hardware support when required
• Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse business units (e.g., sales, finance, manufacturing, customer service) to develop collaborative analyses and documentation, leveraging effective and efficient communication
• Perform daily systems analytics to maximize operational effectiveness and troubleshoot issues
• Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements, while upholding systems processes and delivering monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive documentation, and initiate as well as convey requirements
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with partners to ensure seamless systems integration, and address managerial and executive concerns with well-researched insights and recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Track record in generating process documentation and producing reports
• High proficiency in SQL and adeptness in database management
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights and convey technical matters to non-technical team members
• 5 or more years of hands-on experience in analytics and systems development
• Demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including PowerBI
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in information technology or computer science
• Advanced proficiency in technical writing
• Proven ability to manage time, lead projects, and oversee user testing
• Extensive experience in data visualization
