Business Analyst Jobs

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead Requirement and Support Analysis on clinical software systems.

· Draft the following documents as a Business Analyst – Process Flow Diagrams, Storyboard discussion documents, Requirement Specifications, Workflow Use Cases.

· Knowledge of APIs, Data, system integrations and mapping between different systems. The integrations are between Veeva EDC and IRT system, Veeva EDC and a CTMS system. Person should be able to work in a team and want to learn as we are becoming cross functional

· Leverage technical skills to come up to speed with systems / technology and perform hands on business analysis.

· Excellent knowledge of SDLC methodologies, strategies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Excellent experience in Change Management and Technical Work Instructions / SOPs

· Experience in developing test scenarios, managing Defects, reviewing/updating Requirements Specifications for all functionalities of configurable systems including Role based Security, Field configurations, Electronic Signatures, Audit Trail and Interfaces.

· Excellent working knowledge of tools like MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.

· Demonstrated capabilities to quickly gain a detailed understanding of a process in order to optimize efficiencies, reduce cost, and improve quality.

Qualifications:

· Business Analyst / Support Analyst experience in Life Sciences industry

· Experience gathering requirements, developing requirements documentation and executing testing

· Any experience with Veeva, CTMS, IRT and system integrations is strongly preferred. Needs to be a quick learner if no experience on these apps.

· Any experience with Azure DevOps & Agile SDLC
