Application Support Specialist Jobs

The Information Technology Department at St Ambrose University is seeking a strongly motivated individual to provide user support of Ellucian applications including: Colleague, Portal and CRM based products. The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing Tier I & II technical support; serves as the first-line of support regarding the administrative information systems as well as managing our document imaging system (Docuware). Candidates must have excellent communication (written and oral), customer service, strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities, strong knowledge of data structures and problem solving skills. Bachelor's degree or 6 years experience in the area of responsibility or related area is required. Experience using Ellucian applications, Document imaging software and report writing skills preferred. Position is open until filled.
