Job Description
Title Forward, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redfin, is a group of well-funded technology and real estate entrepreneurs. Our mission is simple. We want to modernize the multi-billion dollar title and settlement industry to deliver a seamless, transparent, and delightful experience to buyers and sellers and make our real estate and lending partners look like geniuses and rock stars in the process. We are putting together a team of innovative, hungry, and highly motivated professionals to blend technology and customer service with a dash of automation and good old know-how to build a new kind of national title agency.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will be a part of a small team focused on providing amazing service and support to our West Coast internal and external customers. You will lead the way in producing, connecting, and supporting systems and applications that help propel our business forward.
What you’ll do in this role:
  • You will collaborate with internal and external departments like Training, Analytics, Vendor Partnerships, Engineering, and IT to ensure seamless execution of important tasks and projects. You use your technical expertise to guide key decisions related to systems.
  • You will assist with implementing various internal and third party integrations within internal systems, and assist with building internal proprietary systems and process migrations.
  • You make it a priority to understand the different roles and responsibilities across the company, soliciting feedback where appropriate to ensure systems implementations produce the desired results.
  • You will partner with end-users like employees and managers to identify process or efficiency opportunities for systems and begin to implement those improvements.
  • Actively lead or participate in projects related to systems integration, including tasks like mapping, design, testing and support for platforms, software, and integrations.
  • You will lead the creation and maintenance of workflows for new and existing markets alongside market leadership, lending your expertise and insights to produce the best outcome.
  • You train and educate employees and end users on systems, integrations, hardware (like equipment), and changes that occur and help create process and training materials as needed.
  • You’ll evaluate, troubleshoot root cause issues and resolve inquiries that come in through Zendesk or email within established SLA’s.
  • Provide production support to Analytics and Marketing through data collection, maintenance of reporting, and website updates.
Who you are:
  • A unique combination of organization and attention to detail: The overwhelming seems manageable, you commit to looking for things that are out of place and you get more done in less time
  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly
  • A Multi-Tasker: You are able to work with high-level multi-tasking skills and prioritize in a fast-paced constantly changing environment. You also have the ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed customer expectations
  • A fun, caring, and humble attitude: We all work hard, but it's important to have a good time, look out for each other, and pitch in wherever needed
  • Have a natural curiosity/eagerness to learn and motivation to take ownership. You have a passion to deliver high quality solutions to end users.
  • Service-Mentality: You have high standards and care about delivering quality work to everyone you interact with.
  • Excellent communication skills: When communicating, you hit the point from the get-go and deliver your message in a succinct manner
What we are looking for:
