Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

Excellent project planning and organizational skills, with ability to effectively manage complex projects within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience/training

5 years of work experience in an analytical business field such as: Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization

5 years of work experience with data extraction, manipulation and analysis from relational databases

5 years of experience using SQL and one or more scripting languages

Budgeting, accounting or finance experience

Bachelor's Degree; Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

3+ years work experience with SAS/SQL (Ability to create SQL/SAS code)

Excel knowledge to include running & creating functions; pivot tables & charts. etc

Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends

Proven knowledge of financial statements and experience in business reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

5-10 years of financial analysis experience

Proven experience with balance sheet, liquidity or capital forecasting is a plus

Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills

Drive process improvements and efficiency solutions, particularly through automation of the forecasting process in OneStream

Develop a deep understanding of rating agency methodologies (S&P, Fitch, Moody’s), including calculation of leverage and other rating agency metrics

Experience with HR data management and analytics; provide decision support through HR metrics.

Knowledge of HR systems and tools; Paycom and Lever ATS experience ideal

Manage the data collection and analysis process for market pay, pay equity, and other compensation studies.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.

8-15 years of progressive HR experience in HR generalist-oriented roles; specialty experience focused on compensation strategy preferred.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously

Collaboration with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive Compensation, and Business-specific and firmwide Compensation Teams

2+ Years Professional Related Work Experience

Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to Microsoft Access preferred

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools, developing & using predictive analytics, Python or Business Objects preferred
