Lead Infrastructure Engineer: Voice Recording Architect

Job summary
As a Voice Recording Architect at JPMorgan Chase, you apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. Continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of your aligned domain of expertise.
Job responsibilities

• Create roadmaps and strategy documents working with product teams and business
• Create proof of concepts and evaluate new technologies/ products
• Design audit and assurance processes to ensure proper controls
• Create detailed architecture designs for next generation voice recording platforms
• Provide technical direction to various teams and identify frameworks and come up with designs to meet business needs
• Solution and plan for high availability, scalable, performant and resilient voice recording systems

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices
• In depth knowledge of voice transport technologies and communication protocols; SBCs, SIPREC, SIP, RTP etc.
• Understanding and designing systems as per regulatory/auditory requirement
• In depth knowledge of the voice platforms and voice recording systems - NTRX, NICE NTR, Compass, RedBox, Unigy, Cloud 9, Cisco, Movius, ConnectMe, Samsung, Zoom, etc
• In depth knowledge of system security; privileged access management, baseline configuration standards, network security.
• Deep knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Nice to know one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds
