The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations and help support a rapidly growing organization. As an IT Analyst, you enjoy learning and supporting the latest technologies. Not only do you enjoy using technology you also want to secure that technology to reduce risk to the organization. Default configurations are your worst nightmare, and unpatched systems make you shiver, but you have the know-how and appetite to tackle even the most challenging circumstances! This role offers a great opportunity to expand your technical skillset and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with assisting users via ticketing tools
• MacOS support experience (mandatory)
• Detailed-oriented, excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Minimum 2-3 Years experience in an IT Help Desk role or similar
• Ability to provide support in ongoing projects, as well as manage small to medium-sized projects
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Team Player
• SaaS application administration experience (mandatory)

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup / fast-paced environment is a plus
• Videoconferencing support experience
• Asset management and tracking experience
