This role will help develop a capacity plan and work cross functionally with sales and operational leaders to lead the execution of that plan for priority flights with the objective to maximize the space, weight, and revenue on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities

• Able to direct execution of plan with all operational stakeholder groups
• Communicate root causes of issues back to Revenue Management, Sales and Operations to effectively and efficiently improve processes
• Participates in the development of network or region maximizing strategies to accomplish regional and divisional objectives with freight and mail
• Proactively anticipate situations that require actions related to future flight capacity
• Able to manage relationships and work collaboratively across functions with many internal and external partners

NOTE: This position will be onsite at our cargo location located near either SFO or LAX Tuesday – Saturday with an 8:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule.

What’s Needed To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Oral Communication skills

• Air Cargo Operational Experience; Air Cargo Revenue Management Experience
• Bachelor's Degree

The salary for this position is $53,250 to $78,100, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Bonus eligible: yes
