Onward Search is in need of a HRIS Coordinator for one of it's customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HRIS process & data support for various HR functions such as HR Operations, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
• Assist in testing, documenting and implementing new or revised HR processes
• Triage incoming support requests and provides 1st-level support on HRIS related issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist with audits to support data integrity within HR systems.
• Create and maintain HRIS team folders/documentation
• Assist department in carrying out various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Create process guides/reference materials and deliver general guidance and training to system administrators on the effective use of HR systems

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of HR system administration related work
• System Experience: 2 years experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software required, Workday preferred
• Education: Bachelor (4-year) degree in Business, Human Resources, or with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science preferred.

• Proficient in Google Suite
