Air Apps is a fast-growing startup that is building innovative AI-powered apps that help people learn, communicate, and connect. Our flagship product is Hello AI, a revolutionary chatbot app that uses state-of-the-art natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to help users learn new languages, improve their writing skills, and have engaging conversations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring that our projects meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve our project management processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, including regular project status updates and progress reports.
• Lead cross-functional project teams that include engineers, data scientists, language experts, UI/UX designers, and QA testers.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with our Product Manager to ensure that our projects meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with risk management and change management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environm
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or technology startups.
