Job Description

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience detailing test plans, test cases, tracking defects, reporting status to various levels in the organization

Required: Experience testing Natural language speech recognition, conversational AI and cognitive solutions

Experience with automated test tools including Cyara Botium & Velocity and/or Hammer

Qualifications:

Familiar with Text to Speech, Speech to Text

Familiarity with leveraging Postman for API testing

Experiencing working in SAFe / Agile

Understanding of Rally for project and test management

Background with IVR, call routing

Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry
