Overview A Patient Success Specialist is a healthcare professional who is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to patients. They are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and experience throughout their healthcare journey. They are also responsible for providing education and resources to patients and their families. Detailed Job Description A Patient Success Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to patients. They are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and experience throughout their healthcare journey. This includes providing education and resources to patients and their families, as well as helping to coordinate care with other healthcare providers. They are also responsible for helping to ensure that patients are compliant with their treatment plans and that they are receiving the best possible care. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting
