Agency Operations Specialist / Growth Marketing [Hourly]

The Role:

We're now seeking an experienced Agency Operations Specialist or Operations Manager to help us operationalize and streamline our agency processes. This is an exciting, pivotal role where you will directly influence the success of our operations. From architecting the onboarding of our prestigious clients, setting the cadence for billing and client meetings, defining processes for service delivery, to optimizing tools and software for improved efficiency, your leadership and expertise will be integral to our growth.

This role is designed as an hourly position, offering experienced professionals a rewarding opportunity to earn additional income by leveraging their expertise and contributing to our growth journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Streamline and manage our client onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for all new clients.
2. Establish and manage a regular and efficient billing cadence to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
3. Set up an optimal client meeting schedule that maximizes client engagement, agency efficiency, and service quality.
4. Oversee service delivery to ensure we are consistently exceeding client expectations.
5. Evaluate, select, and implement relevant tools and software to improve productivity and quality of services.
6. Collaborate closely with the agency leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them accordingly.
7. Foster a culture of operational excellence within the agency.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management with an agency business model (preferably a growth marketing , digital marketing, or ad agency setting)
2. Demonstrated success in scaling and operationalizing agency operations.
3. Familiarity with leading project management and agency software tools.
4. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Compensation:

We recognize that the right compensation is an important factor in this decision. In this role, compensation will be on an hourly basis. We appreciate your expertise and encourage you to indicate your preferred hourly rate in your application. This ensures we are on the same page, you are fairly compensated.
