Location: Bradenton, FL

Position Summary:


This position is responsible for general office management at a large manufacturing facility. The position is dayshift, fulltime, hourly, Monday - Friday. Pay range is $18-$22 per hour dependent upon experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Receive packages and notify contractors when they arrive
  • Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidential
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Record contractor and vendor data in security software and a spreadsheet
  • Greeting of visitors, contractors, vendors, etc.
  • Answering phones
  • Manage the engineering drawing database
  • Prepare weekly contractor access list and distribute to the client
  • Generate a weekly spreadsheet report identifying the ISNetworld (ISN) status of on-site contractors
  • Inventory office forms and make copies as necessary
  • Print contractor and vendor badges
  • Administer contractor safety training video and test when the safety manager is absent
  • Prepare monthly invoice for client
  • Inventory office supplies and reorder as necessary


Basic Qualifications:


  • Customer service skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Data entry
  • Hands-on experience in operation spreadsheets
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual Preferred but not required
