Responsibilities
Craft interoffice correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Develop and uphold comprehensive operating and desk procedures.
Manage and organize the Service e-mail inbox promptly and effectively.
Review, edit, and contribute to recurring reports, ensuring precision and excellence.
Handle telephone inquiries with a friendly and informative approach.
Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and securing conference spaces.
Maintain an orderly interoffice and executive correspondence system along with administrative filing.
Collaborate on the creation and refinement of both recurring and ad hoc reports, time-sensitive tasks, and essential correspondence across various functions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in providing proficient Administrative Support.
Proficiency in scheduling appointments with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining an efficient administrative filing system.
Familiarity with operational and desk procedures, and the ability to ensure their compliance.
Proficient experience with Office 365.
Skill in reviewing and editing reports for accuracy.
Education
Bachelor's degree
Clearance
Ability to successfully pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.
Pay Range
The suggested salary for this position ranges from $38,145 to $50,625.
The final salary offer will be determined by a thorough assessment of your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses.
