Job Description

Corgan seeks a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our Atlanta office. This individual will be a dependable and detail-oriented team player; representing Corgan’s culture, philosophy and brand; and assisting others in a client-centric, courteous, professional, and thoughtful manner. Candidate will conduct administrative and clerical responsibilities to include but not limited to


  • Process expense statements for the staff members on the studio
  • Compose and type routine correspondence, AIA contracts, meeting memos, punch lists, field reports and letters.
  • Maintain team calendars
  • Prepare AIA documents as requested
  • Assist with team marketing efforts, including creating and/or editing presentations, updating resumes and submitting proposals.
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or person.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, arrange food, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
  • Reserve conference rooms. Maintain appearance of these conference rooms following scheduled meetings.
  • Answers and screen telephone call and arranges conference calls
  • Provide back-up support to Receptionist when needed
  • Coordinate business travel for staff members on the teams, including flights, cars rentals, hotels and other reservations as necessary
  • Transcribe memos, letters and field reports for assigned team.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed
  • Prepare intra- and inter-office mail, outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail, couriers, and deliveries.


The position will report to Office Services Manager and will support multiple teams with a dotted-line relationship to those team leaders


Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, along with high attention to detail and a “can do” attitude. Must have ability to multi-task numerous duties and prioritize accordingly. Bachelors or Associates degree preferred along with 5+ years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient MS Office skills required. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a plus.

  • Apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines

  • Utilize appropriate software at a proficient level to create graphics and presentation materials
  • Contribute to the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
  • Assist in all phases of the design process on a variety of projects in size and scope
  • Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products

  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in sustainable design
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial design; Aviation experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency and technical excellence
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible attitude
  • Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
  • Confident presentation ability
