Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated Contract to hire Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with day-to-day operations, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes, including tracking payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.


Qualifications


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher a huge Plus
