Currently hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant with a renowned national luxury consumer goods company! As our valued Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating refunds, interacting with clients, collaborating with couriers, and contributing to financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer-centric service and expertly manage orders for both internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage replacement part logistics with designers, architects, and installers, occasionally including direct communication with end users.
Contribute to Quarter End A/R aging reports, proactively addressing any outstanding balances to ensure financial accuracy.
Support estimate negotiation processes to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Process returns and credit requests from field personnel, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
Arrange client pickups through FedEx and collaborate with freight couriers as necessary.
Prepare FedEx labels and correspond with clients via email regarding returned products.
Assist with Quarter End A/R aging reports, demonstrating attention to detail in reconciling outstanding balances.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, showcasing your commitment to service excellence.
Experience in operations/logistics is a valuable asset that will contribute to your success in this role.
Exhibit professional prowess in business writing and communication, maintaining effective and polished interactions.
Showcase strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
