Your Role
You'll be a crucial part of our team, focused on delivering engaging and effective learning experiences. Under the guidance of the Dean of General Education, you'll bring the curriculum to life through classroom teaching, online instruction, and hands-on lab sessions. Your dedication to creating a positive and supportive learning environment will help our students thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting classes in alignment with established curriculum, fostering a stimulating educational atmosphere.
Setting clear objectives and communicating learning goals to students.
Monitoring student performance and progress, and intervening when needed to ensure success.
Managing classroom dynamics and facilitating an inclusive educational setting.
Providing one-on-one support through tutoring and academic counseling as required.
Evaluating student achievements through assessments and projects, and maintaining accurate records.
Participating in professional development activities and academic committees.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Possess a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution recognized by U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA.
Have a minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent expertise in the assigned subject area.
Ideally, have a background in education with a minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
