We are currently seeking a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist for a temporary position in the West Hartford, CT area. This role allows you to work remotely, eliminating the need for a daily commute. You will be working during East Coast USA hours, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate should possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in advanced formulas like Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive data entry tasks.
Collaborate on data matching and linking with existing databases and spreadsheets.
Receive training and guidance from experienced colleagues in this field.
Occasionally engage with clients via phone or video conferences.
Initially, this is an interim position aimed at supporting the company's increased demand for client onboarding. However, there is a potential opportunity for extension or transition to a full-time, permanent role (subject to performance).
This position will be filled by the end of next week, so don't hesitate to apply!
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Demonstrated ability to use advanced Excel functions, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
Previous experience in data entry is necessary.
Professional Office Experience Is Preferred.
