Job Description
IES Residential is currently seeking and administrative assistant for our Suwanee, GA office.


Job duties include


  • Payroll data entry
  • Greet guests and direct them to the correct staff member
  • Will be working 20-25 hours a week
  • M-F schedule (may be adjusted)
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence
  • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Co-ordinate and organize appointments/meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Assist with A/P
  • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (experience with MS Excel required)
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Previous construction-industry background a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging, and data collection
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Team player
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Previous experience preferred, but candidates without experience will be considered
