CareAcademy Executive Assistant Role

We're seeking a proactive, organized, and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Helen Adeosun. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our executive team and maintaining seamless communication between the CEO, staff, clients, and external partners.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • A high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • A High School degree or two-year degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Gsuite, Slack, Asana, and other web-based tools
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)


Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, CareAcademy Board, clients, and other external partners
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, set up meetings, and manage Calend.ly
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
