Job Description
The purpose of your role as a Administrative Assistant


As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Service + Building Automation team for a variety of functions including administrative support, field support, and back up dispatcher when needed.


  • Office supply ordering
  • Audit support
  • Answer telephones and give information to caller, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individual
  • Other general administrative support
  • Data entry and report completion
  • Manage uniform/PPE inventory tracking
  • Mail receiving and sorting
  • Complete purchasing card allocations


What We're Looking For In You


  • Customer service experience
  • Experience providing administration support to a group or division
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: $19.19 - $29.85 per hour


The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
