Sports Facilities Management, LLC


LOCATION: Bryan, TX


DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION


REPORTS TO: FINANCE MANAGER


STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

Position Summary


The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the growth initiatives of Legends Event Center. This position will be coordinating, facilitating, and/or performing a variety of administrative, support tasks, and data entry.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:


Financial Duties And Responsibilities


  • Managing all safe logs and proper use of safes
  • Perform inventory counts on office supplies, equipment, and staff uniforms
  • Preparing till bags for all safes and events
  • Maintain, file, sort, and scan daily reports
  • Cash handling and counting of cash drawers
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers required


Personnel Duties And Responsibilities


  • Schedule required training(s) with department managers
  • Assist in maintaining training records/files of all employees
  • Assist Finance Manager in planning and conducting new team member orientation and onboarding


Administrative Duties And Responsibilities


  • Perform any additional duties as directed by management team
  • Upkeep of office area, reception, break room, conference rooms, etc.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Experience using MS Dynamics a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervision
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented


Working Conditions And Physical Demands


  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
  • Facility has intermittent noise
  • Must be willing to work weekends and/or special events, if required
