Job Description
Overview:
Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is an accounting and financial consultancy firm serving the accounting, tax and strategic growth needs of today's high net worth individuals and the businesses they control. Founded in 1949, the Firm has deep roots in the Bay Area's technology and business communities.
Our professional services include Tax Consulting and Planning, Audit Services, Accounting Services, Litigation Support, Business Valuation and Business Consulting.
We have an open position supporting our internal finance department. This position provides administrative support to our internal CFO and finance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison for the department and multiple committees, departments, and initiatives.
  • Field phone calls and emails, take requests for meetings and coordinate various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.
  • Coordinate calendaring, scheduling and meetings using MS Outlook and MS Teams. Be the gatekeeper of the department.
  • Maintain confidential information across different levels of the Firm.
  • Assist with travel arrangements of the department when necessary.
  • Draft agendas, correspondence, presentations, reports and announcements.
  • Effectively prioritize events, appointments, meetings, deadlines and presentations for the department.
  • Assist with other administrative duties, including but not limited to other department support, miscellaneous filing, mass mail merges, etc. as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Communicate in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm.
  • Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must possess a high degree of discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, such as financial data, firm strategy, compensation, legal matters, and other confidential information related to the firm and its clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a team or department.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain support hours that are flexible to California and Arizona time differences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a broad array of personalities.

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.65 - 38.45 plus applicable overtime.
