** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Other duties as assigned
- Implement changes to the filing system as necessary
- Read incoming material, verify accuracy, and sort and code according to file system
- Maintain computer database
- Type labels or reports
- Store material in paper form or enter information into computerized storage system
- Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility
- Search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data on file records, complete reports, and keep files current; ensure compliance
- Assist in some Accounting tasks such as but not limited to: Accounts Payable/Receivable and managing some cash drops.
- Dispose of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements
- Retrieve materials for qualified personnel upon request
- Complete training course in order to understand the federal, state, and local laws that relate to automobile sales
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft suite, Inventory Control Software, etc
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
- 1 or more years of general office/administrative work experience preferred
