What You’ll Do

• Maintain supply inventory for Corporate location
• Communicate with all locations efficiently
• Review, verify, enter and upload vendor invoices into the system
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Enter and process payments for vendors

What We’re Looking For

• Team player with ability to multi-task and meet close deadlines
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail
• Communication with various levels of employees and customers
