The Team:

The Accounting/Finance team is responsible for protecting the Company’s financial assets, mitigating financial risks and reporting the financial position of the company to business stakeholders. The department is comprised of four main pillars: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury & Inventory Control.

The Opportunity:

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of company’s invoices, both of 3rd party vendors as well as employees’ expense reports, in full compliance to the group’s policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable Manager partners and supports all business partners, internally and externally, to maintain a current and reconciled account positions. This is achieved with optimizing processes and systems (i.e. SAP, Concur, Coupa) set in place with PO creation, reception, invoice matching, expense coding, T&E report submissions and required supporting documentation. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About the Role:

  • Handle information document requests during internal and external audits
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A and Treasury teams – weekly payment runs, closing reporting, budgeting assumptions to align with actual accounting treatment
  • Set up and train new users in various tools and platforms (VIM (vendor invoice management), Coupa (PO system), Concur, Uber, Corporate Credit Card); manage needed updates (i.e., departmental updates, access deactivation)
  • Functional Responsibility
    • Ensure all expense coding (cost center and GL accounts) is accurate; expenses properly accounted consistently with actual nature of expense as defined in the group chart of accounts
    • Perform month-end close with AP sub-ledger closed by D+1, all expenses incurred in each period duly accounted for (actualized or accrued)
    • Process vendor invoices and payments

About You:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Coupa
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, client-serviced oriented culture where multi-tasking and hands-on collaboration and communication are critical to success
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility
  • Team leader
  • 5-7 years of experience of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry/environment
  • Ability to build successful relationships and collaborate effectively across departments to meet mutual objectives

The range for this position is $78,899.00 - $131,499.00. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
