Accounting Manager - $115K - $120K + Bonus

Very reputable and growing manufacturing / construction company located in Lewisville, Texas is looking for an Accounting Manager for an immediate need!! Wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic group and company that is expanding daily.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in the daily banking requirements
• Oversee the month end closing process and facilitate an accurate and timely closing
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Complete the month end internal reporting requirements
• Preparation of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement monthly
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all account reconciliations each month with review and follow up
• Manager a team of 4

Requirements

• A track record of proven strong controller skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people is a must
• Is an exceptional team player
• Ideal candidate will have worked in all facets of accounting
• Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience required
