Primary Job Function: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, data entry various other accounting and office duties.
Pay: $23.00 - 28.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
Required Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• 2+ years experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to keep a positive attitude
• Associates degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
• Experience providing exceptional customer service
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
