Commercial Operations Coordinator Jobs

Responsibilities

• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Take minutes of meetings and dictations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Highlights

• Experienced with corporate event planning
• Must be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of an organization around the country
• 5 years of experience in an administrative role; preferably within biotech, biopharma or startup
• Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Suite
• Must have experience supporting 2+ executives in an administrative capacity

Compensation

• $30 - $37.78 /hour Pay Rate
