Project Manager (Remote) Jobs

OVERVIEW:
Antelope’s Project Manager will be an integral part of the small but mighty Operations team. This role will be responsible for quarterbacking new product innovation, custom customer projects and seasonal production, while also managing general product production timelines and processes. Additionally, this role will support various ad hoc operations projects, such as sustainability initiatives, re-branding, new vendor tech transfers, etc.
This hire will report to the VP of Operations and will work cross-functionally across the organization, including but not limited to Procurement, Fulfillment, Sales, and Marketing. This role will be remote, with the expectation of travel on an as-needed basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated resources. Identify and address potential cost overruns or budgetary constraints.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and generate status reports for management and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Change Management: Effectively manage project scope changes by assessing their impact, obtaining necessary approvals, and adjusting project plans accordingly.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members from different departments, such as marketing, design, production, and quality assurance.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and suppliers, to understand their requirements, provide project updates around key milestones, and manage expectations.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with quality assurance teams to conduct product testing and inspections prior to product launch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management role, preferably with start-up and/or CPG exposure
• Must love dogs or cats (& treats!)
• Quick learner with a knack for analyzing and solving problems in out of the box ways
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations; ability to figure things out quickly and make decisions without all the facts
• Strong sense of urgency and time management skills; ability to work within deadlines on multiple projects and competing priorities
• Monday.com and/or other project management tool experience required
• Process oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
