Position Overview
Are you passionate about culture, content creation, and social media trends? As a Creator Network Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and driving the success of our Creator Network projects. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to collaborate closely with content Creators, Changemakers, and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in social media platforms, profound understanding of the Creator space, and genuine passion for culture will help us stay ahead of trends, amplify our impact, and foster a thriving community.
Salary Range
The Arena Group offers an annualized base salary range for this position, currently between $80,000 - $95,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, education, experience, and other considerations in compliance with applicable laws. The listed salary range is one component of our total compensation and benefits package for employees.

What You'll Do

• Cultural Content Calendar:

Curate and manage the cultural content calendar, aligning it with our brand's vision and upcoming campaigns.
Identify relevant cultural moments, events, and trends to enhance our Creator Network projects.

• Creator Network Job Requests:

Evaluate incoming job requests from our Creator Network for alignment with our brand and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently fulfill requests.

• Project Oversight:

Monitor the status of active Creator Network projects, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
Coordinate with teams to ensure projects stay on track for timely delivery.

• Quality Control:

Maintain the highest standards for project deliverables, ensuring they adhere to our brand's guidelines and values.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Foster positive and productive relationships with internal teams, external Creators, and Changemakers.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.

• Social Media Fluency:

Stay updated with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, to spot emerging trends and opportunities for content engagement.

• Creator Space Knowledge:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Creator space, including knowledge of influential content Creators and Changemakers.
Stay informed about industry developments and trends.

• Research and Data Analysis:

Conduct research on data and trends related to culture, content creation, and social media to inform strategic decisions.

• Internal Newsletter:

Develop and manage a weekly culture and trends newsletter, sharing key insights with internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.

• Content and Creative Brainstorming:
• Actively participate in content and creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our campaigns and initiatives.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the influencer marketing, media, or content creation industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and their role in content distribution and engagement.
Familiarity with the Creator space and a keen eye for emerging content Creators and Changemakers.
Passion for culture, breaking news, and staying ahead of trends in the content creation landscape.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to research and interpret data to drive strategy.
Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and collaborate with a diverse team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
