Job Description

About this Role

Our client is the leader in Sports and Entertainment dining, catering such renowned venues at Wrigley Field in Chicago, STAPLES Center and Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Boston Convention and Expo Center and Churchill Downs in Louisville. They also cater events including Super Bowls, World Series, NASCAR Racing, the Kentucky Derby, the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament and the Grammy Awards. The Tier I Enterprise Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting all PC and laptop hardware, operating systems, software and other equipment for approximately 3100 users. The Enterprise Support Specialist will assist clients with questions or issues through a mix of onsite and remote support. Additional duties include:


In this role you will:

  • Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution
  • Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
  • Requires experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation
  • Provides first level IT support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, AirWatch/MDM
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Excellent customer service & phone skills
