Overview People Analytics Manager is a role responsible for developing and managing the people analytics strategy for an organization. This role is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions related to talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. The People Analytics Manager will work closely with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions. Detailed Job Description The People Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and managing the people analytics strategy for an organization. This role will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions related to talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. The People Analytics Manager will work closely with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions. The People Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the people analytics strategy, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role will also be responsible for developing and managing dashboards and other reporting tools to track and monitor progress. Job Skills Required• Strong understanding of data and analytics

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or people analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Experience with HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
