Overview The Human Resources Principal is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs that support the organization’s overall objectives. The Human Resources Principal will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Human Resources Principal is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs that support the organization’s overall objectives. The Human Resources Principal will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Human Resources Principal will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and support to the HR team. The Human Resources Principal will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as managing employee benefits and compensation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
