Overview Human Resources Officers are responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and training of personnel within an organization. They are also responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to personnel management. They may also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, managing employee relations, and providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in conducting performance reviews
• Experience in managing employee relations
