Job Description

A growing and reputable community bank is hiring for a Chief Human Resources Officer immediately. This bank is a leader in community banking and with the vision and philosophies of leadership, the person hired will be part of some exciting additions and changes to better serve their customers.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field
  • 15 years minimum of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership with 5 years in an executive role.
  • SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP
