Overview Group Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the human resources activities of a group of companies or a large organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as managing the recruitment, selection, and training of staff. They also oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Detailed Job Description Group Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives. They are responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and training of staff, as well as overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Ability to manage and motivate staff
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training processes
• Knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Experience in managing and motivating staff
