Entry Level It Support Engineer Jobs

Partner closely with our Security team to support SOC 2 audits and HITRUST certifications

You have 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, and/or SaaS Operations.

Support and adhere to identity, access, and device management policies and procedures

Administer and assist with enterprise-wide endpoint device management software and related hardware with an emphasis on technologies supporting Warehouse Operations

Experience in software development an advantage.

Experience working within a technology support organization

Experience with Jira and Confluence, Okta Google Workspace and MS Active Director

Use of our Remote Monitoring & Management Tool (RMM)

Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), DNS(Domain Name System) and WINS(Windows Internet Name Service) protocols.

Working knowledge of latest Windows Server edition and VMware server applications.

Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.

3-5 years of experience in network and server administration is preferred.

5 years of similar or related experience in the IT industry is preferred.
