Support, troubleshoot, document, and maintain cloud or on-premise enterprise financial software applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Blackline, Anaplan) in support of business objectives. Work across IT teams to ensure the environment is fully utilizing available technology to enhance productivity and improve work processes. Create and present end-user training programs, and work with employees to create custom reports to better utilize system information. Maintain user accounts and permissions, and regularly audit account permissions to minimize vulnerabilities. Review software update release notes, ensure compatibility, communicate feature changes to employees, and schedule updates to the system.
- Propose, document, and implement new or revised processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of data
- Act as a technical and functional expert and power user to the organization in all supported applications.
- Coordinates and performs in-depth QA tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
- Ensure documentation is current on all new and existing applications and processes
- Assist with broadening internal knowledge of application configurations through knowledge transfer training and documentation
- Demonstrate ability to pay persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of the situation and the "big picture"
- Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of data and monitor the use of data throughout the organization
- Act as tier one - three support for end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using systems. Research and identify the root causes for problems and own their resolution
- Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data and make complex mass changes, conversions, or other direct data updates to data, as considered necessary.
- Provide reporting for end users to ensure data driven decisions are being met
- Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress
- Be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with product owners and leadership to ensure product innovation and solutions are current and in line with strategic direction
- Actively participate in the application communities, training and regional user groups to ensure awareness of current trends and innovation
- Coordinates with Red Robin staff to evaluate system capabilities and translate operational requirements into configuration and developmental changes
- Displays strong attention to detail. Demonstrates effective planning and organization skills to meet the needs of the business
- The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to provide solutions to a customer’s technical business problem
- Service Now (Ticketing System)
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- Microsoft Windows & Office Suite
- Knowledge of Oracle product suite is preferred.
- Responds with a sense of urgency and quickly adjusts to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated proficiency working with troubleshooting and support of end users.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Highly motivated, self-starter, completes tasks with minimal direction
- Financial Technologies (Oracle business suite, Oracle Cloud, Blackline, Anaplan)
- Experience in providing support for business applications.
