Overview The Business Development Senior Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability for the organization. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading negotiations with potential partners. The Senior Director will also be responsible for managing the business development team and ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Business Development Senior Director will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability for the organization.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leading negotiations with potential partners.
• Managing the business development team and ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
• Analyzing market trends and developing strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective execution of business development activities.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the business development team.
• Developing and managing budgets for business development activities.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Representing the organization at industry events and conferences.
• Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in the industry.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing budgets.
