Blew is expanding again and we are looking to add a dynamic Senior Managing Director in this area. Blew is a full service Surveying, Engineering and Environmental firm. We work in the areas of land development, commerical real estate due diligence, construction services, zoning, environmental assessments, renewable energy and much more. - Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade publications, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, and other various sources
- Demonstrate knowledge of the products we sell by using samples, and client requirements, while emphasizing service features and benefits
- Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients
- Develop and execute a call and travel plan for the area assigned to include phone calls and appointments with qualified client leads
- Stay highly visible in market by attending commercial real estate industry functions
- Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to satisfy those needs
- Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing client prospects
- Ability to persuade and influence others
