Company Description
- Administrative needs as necessary
- Provide support for teams and other Workstreams to include IT/AV, Security. building operations
- Provide 24/7 Response for all Building System & Infrastructure Emergencies
- Manage Office operations and processes for all day to day operations
- Assist Senior Manager with Serviced Offices and Projects
- Vendor management to include remote site management of vendors
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, and governing regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities
- Resolve Building System Problems or Failures by addressing the “Root Cause” issues, and oversee repairs and implement improvements and corrections
- Manage day-to-day operations of onsite events
- Spend a portion of your time on the floor across our locations, spending time with employees, answering employee inquiries and driving our Places programs
- Keep projects on track, manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines as well as assisting Senior Manager with budgets
- Lead multiple projects at a time, responsible for concept through delivery
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities
- Comfortable enough to constantly adapt to the terrain and circumstances of a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of standard business and accounting practices
- Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
- Superior language, written and oral, communication skills required
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Multi-site Managing
- Ability to set, manage, and deliver projects on time
- Able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
- Vendor Management, knowledge or contracts, COI’s, LL tenant, etc.
- Microsoft and G-Suite experience
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- WeWork or similar experience and or knowledge
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of contractual and related matters
- Thorough understanding of relevant products and vendors, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, AV/VC, etc.
- Can effectively manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Ability to work effectively with clients
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, superior work ethic, dynamic and highly team-oriented
