Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), COTA or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Manage and mentor medical staff, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioner, registered nurse and other health care professionals.

Monitor program budgets, income, expenditures, and cost per unit of services and take corrective actions as needed to address fiscal problems.

Participate in the orientation and review process of rehab employees.

Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure all resident care is rendered.

Communicate regularly with Administrator/DON/MDS Coordinator to identify/resolve any potential issues or problems.

Lead the orchestration and management of strategic partnerships with technology partners, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.

Drive the development and implementation of templatized offerings in collaboration with partners, creating standardized and scalable solutions for deployment.

Demonstrated experience leading team to deliver Customer Engagement solutions to clients.

Experience leading a team and building a practice.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing the financial performance of a business unit.

Minimum of three (3) years leadership/management experience.

Manages the overall department facilities to assure that the physical and mechanical operations meet the organizational standards and expectations.

Degree or Certification from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program.

Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in acute care, rehabilitation or outpatient setting

Identifies and quantifies issues that affect reimbursement; teaming with hospital representatives to resolve operation procedures; implementing changes or improvement efforts.

Facilitates collaborative partnerships with physicians, payers and external constituencies.

BS degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field; MS preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience and certifications

Manage, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing communications team and outside vendors

15+ years of communications or marketing experience, preferably in the health and human services market.

Must possess understanding and experience with the government political and procurement process across state executive and legislative functions.
